>Think 2007 prices<
TBH, 2004 is a more likely price point where buyers will be tempted.0 -
I was refering to the house I was refering to in the post I was making where I refered to a house that I was refering to in the post I was making.

Can I join too? After much thought have decided to try and sell too,if I can,t then I will have to sit it out I guess.
Both my oldest children have decided to go live in Australia with their dad,dd going Sept,ds in Jan although think he will go sooner too. After shock of them both telling me today,ds this morning,dd tonight I have decided well I am in debt, house will be much too big when they go,even though the house is lovely,as in nice area, fab views, lovely garden with just a field behind me,hey I sound like an estate agent, think I am just posting what I will miss,I have had enough of paying such a big mortgage.
Plus I want to be able to visit the kids especially as I have a 3 yr old who will miss them terribly. After crying all day,I have decided to try and turn my situation around to think of the positives.I am hoping some of you are selling for a fair price so will be following this thread now.0 -

Not the OP.
Tried to work this one out, but it is too early in the morning, or I haven't had enough of that Stroud beer!
OP, best of luck. If you are well-priced you will get interest and I don't think you need to admit to having a NFH so long as there have been no actual disputes between you, Otherwise, I'm afraid it should be mentioned on the solicitor's enquiries form.
Interest is one thing, but finding a proceedable buyer is another! We have a string of hopefuls and, like another poster, we've had 3 time wasters, so it is fortunate that our need to move isn't great. We even had to upset one viewer who was sniffing around for a student let, because our neighbours are great & we wouldn't do that to them after 20 years!0
