I've added a spending diary page to my Bills spreadsheet. That way if i buy something i have to write it in. Its worked so far as am loathed to write anything there so have only bought a tea for £1.45! Hope this makes a big difference.Debt to clear: feels endless...

Well a lot has happened since i was last here. My fabulous OH got an unexpected payment at the end of December which he has used to pay off the bed and our joint overdraft which was majorly holding us back. Now its just my own debts to concentrate on and i feel like a heavy weight has been lifted. Unfortunately i am also due to lose my job due to redundancy, but i am seeing this as a good chance to build a better career for myself. Onwards and upwards is my hope for 2009!!!
