    I do know how you feel so what ever I say will not make you feel better as I feel the same as you but one thing I can truely say is no way in this world are you disgusting, you are actually beautiful and caring with a good heart and thats what matters most.     hi tarry, and welcome to the thread.
    i have used lavendar in the past too, to help me relax and sleep, but i dont find it effective any more, maybe cos i got used to it?

    I guess that would make sense as your body is accustomed to it always being there? But I am not sure. I must admit I hate it when you can't sleep and your mind keeps going over and over.

    :hello: Everyone,

    Hope all is well, I am fine,I had a good day,saw the specialist and that went well and I was pleased with the outcome of the meeting as were my parents :)

    I got myself a dvd from Woolworths for £5 called Penelope and it was a great film as I have just watched it and really enjoyed it.

    morning all, how is everybody this morning?
    i am feeling much better, after having a decent nights sleep, the first one in ages. big thankyou to absolutebounder for the sleep thingy, i burned it onto a disc, and listened to it in bed as instructed, and although i wasn't convinced it would send me to sleep, did think it very relaxing, then i must have fallen asleep, because i dont recall it ending. AND i slept the whole night through, as usually i wake several times, finding it hard to drop off again.
