thanks hun, nothing really happened, just the dark winter nights drawing in and i feel so alone. hate feeling so lonely, and wish i could go out and make friends, but there is no one else here to care for the boys.
just feeling so low, and wish i could snap out of it

You know, if I lived near you I would be coming over right now with some chocolates, tissues and some girly films and many hugs. I can only do virtual hugs though. ((((hugs))))

You'll get there one day hun. We need some sunshine too. No chance of getting any here.

I feel like my heart is breaking all over again today but I'll be okay. After all, I'm Anni and I have to be. Gotta look after all of my lovely friends.

It would have been my best friend's 20th birthday today. I still miss her so much, even though she died many years ago. It's still all very fresh in my heart.

morning all,
how are you this morning anni?
i went to bed but was still awake til 3 am, and am totally exhausted this morning, and havent much patience, but need to think of something to do, to keep the boys entertained.
hate this time of year, thought after making improvements to my health all summer, i would feel better, so why is it that i always end up down again come september til around feb/march?

The whole site is terrific and there are loads of things to download. The guy has had an amazing life and is the person responsible for getting me into hypnosis. Im not recommending you buy anything because much of his stuff is free but I think you people might just find some quite enlightening and spiritual things there
