Er, I mean naughty ab!That's 2 weeks on the naughty step for you and a fine of a bag of catnip, to be paid to the Tiffster!
Hurry back hun - you'll be missed. Take care.

Hi guys!:hello:
Well peeps, we've survived another week - hurrah!
How is everyone today?
Before I go on, I'd like to say a warmto maytaurus. Thank you for your lovely graphic hunnie.
Come on in and join the clan, you are most welcome here, may - this place is brimming with guardian angels!
Okay guys, I can't delay it any longer...Tiffbits!shaz - a belated, but very sincereangel! I hope your new birthday year will be kind to you hun.
I'm glad you've reached a compromise with the school shaz. There's a tendency in our society that you have to hunt high and low trying to find help you desperately need, rather than it being openly promoted and available when we need it the most. I've also been following your tagline hunnie - well done clever you, for all the knitting you're contributing!
Such seemingly simple things can make such a difference.
And
with your new craft group today hun - you're a lovely, talented lady and I'm sure you'll be fine. Try and relax and enjoy it for the break away from stuff that it will give you and that you deserve. Take care sweetheart.
jo - I was sorry to hear you didn't get the job you wanted hunnie. If you let me know the boss's address, I'll send them a Tiffy hairball as punishment!Scant consolation I know and it's really not meant to be patronising jo, but at some point something that is meant to be right for you, will come along. I think you did really well in applying and receiving such positive feedback. You keep trying hunnie - we believe in you!
katie-tulip - I'm sorry to hear you've hurt your back sweetheart. Hopefully it'll ease up after a few days rest. Here's hoping our lovelymakes a quick recovery. Of course, I know this is a self-inflicted injury.
You really shouldn't have listened to sazzy, who is responsible for enticing you and making you an accessory before, after and during the fact, in assisting her in trying to pick the lock on the smartie cupboard!
Don't you know by now that you can't out-tiff the Tiffster?!
Feel better soon angel.
ladym - hi hunnie - keep missing you! I'm sorry you're another one who's been quite poorly.Well done with the poetry hun. I love your digital art - it's enigmatic and evocative.
More piccies please hun! It's amazing just how many creative types have mental health issues - maybe the ability to be very sensitive and empathetic plays a part in both sides of this equation? Having said all that, and inspite of the angst and pain they can cause, my situations and the accompanying emotions are part of me and have coloured my soul to help make me who I am. Sorry to hear your family are upsetting you anni - hang in there angel!
miro - where'd you go?!I was only joking about the next 40 years hunnie!
Come on out...now don't you make me come looking for you!!!
Well done you btw for sticking up for yourself at work angel.
Thinking of you - and not in a stalking kind of way!
shazza - I just wanted to say well done for your first day back at work angel and to wish you well with all the other days too. It's a big adjustment and you should feel proud of yourself.Take care hunnie.
sazzy - where are you, young lady? You up yet? No more dragging katie-tulip into your smartie schemes. Oh and could you brush the badgie please hun - he's shedding bristles all over the place!Hoping all is well with counselling and work angel - keeping you in my thoughts as always.
That's yer lot for now peeps. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to post some sensible replies to our new friends here. I hope everyone has a good weekend and hopefully a dry one - I wouldn't get your hopes up about that one though.
Safe journeys guys.
Much Love,

the craft group was very enjoyable, even tho not many turned up possibly due to the bad weather. was nice to get out of the house and chat to others, while making things.
it wasnt my real birthday tiff, it was my alien birthday lol, qb, posted a link to a site that gave your age in alien years. unfortunatly all of qb's posts seem to be deleted as do any posts containing his name.
so before this one gets deleted big hello to qb :j
hugs all

Goodlife, we can't discuss medication unfortunately.
I met my CPN for the first time a couple of months ago. She is also my care-coordinator, so I don't know if that makes a difference. We basically just had an informal chat to get to know each other. As she is a nurse, I found she was more approachable and comforting than the GP and the Pyschiatrist had been. I think they usually have more time to spend with you, and can see you more regularly. Mine was very reassuring, so don't worry about it. In my experience CPNs are all very lovely. Its something I'd consider doing in the future. Hope that helps, any more specific questions about CPNs? My mind is a bit fluffy today!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
Heya goodlife.
Sorry you've been having a bad day.
I've had a CPN in the past and usually the first session is going through bits of paperwork, talking about your goals, what your needs are etc. That's what mine was anyway.
