:hello: Everyone,

Just spent the morning doing Advent comps and just finished them,then I did my new christmas tree,looks lovely,had to string it so it would stay on windowsill in the lounge as its huge cant draw curtains so that doesnt matter much to me anyway

hi all, how is everyone today, feeling bit low myself today, had counselling this morning, which had me in tears as it usually does, have one more appointment left this year, and counsillor has said there not much she can do to help, except be a listening ear

probably because each time i see her we discuss same problem, whats causing my depresion, and each time there are no real answers to the problem, AND then she says how can you see this being resolved, and i say there is no answer, the only way out is to end it all, and then she says obviously thats not going to solve anything, and makes me another appointment, so we can repeat it all again

next time is last time, then i am going to tell her its a watse of time, and all i can do, is keep taking the meds, for x amount years, like i have done on and off for the past 13 years

you have lots to live for steph, you have your whole future in front of you. your parents want you, and love you. we all care for you on this thread.
i know it hurts now, but you will get over this fella, and find someone who really deserves you. for now do something you enjoy, treat yourself to chocolate or whatever makes you feel better, it will get easier hun, i promise, i was in the same situation earlier this year, and thought my world had come to an end. but i realise now it was his loss, and i now have someone much better, and you will too

((((((((hug))))))))) I know at the moment it feels like the end of your world but you WILL get over it.I gather by your screen name you are only 22 and have all your life in front of you and i am sure you will find lots of guys in the future who will want you.It is always awful to be "dumped" as you put it but would you really want to stay with someone who did not love you? you deserve much better and believe me you will find it one day.

Im not really good at talking and offering advice, hell if I was maybe I could sort myself out!

BUT you have so much to live for there is a big world out there, with so much to see and do and so many people to meet. We've all been dumped before and it does hurt like hell, but that guy's just one man he may seem like the only one you want but if he was right for you he would never have dumped you. I guess what Im trying to say is you are worth more than what one man thinks! You need to recognise that yourself, spend some time on you, do what you want. You may be lonely for a while and yes you will miss him but there are so many more people (men!) to meet. So much fun to be had. Make your life about you!
