Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes.
Things like that mean alot to me. :)
My Facebook wall has also been very busy with people posting their wishes on it too.

Birthday didn't start off to good. Two hours into it my laptop broke so now I'm using this one that appears to be an object form the stone age. 192mb ram and 793mhz processor!
Thankfully I've been saving up for a new laptop anyway, which has taken me awhile but I don't smoke or drink, don't go out and have an ED so it took a shorter time than it would have. That will hopefully be arriving today.
This laptop also has a cracked screen (And when I say cracked I mean really cracked and there is a black mass covering most of the screen so I have to resize all windows to near the bottom.lol). My exes fault. He got mad and stood on it a couple of times.

Anyway, so yes, can't wait to get my new laptop and be able to browse the net properly and carry on with my photoshopping. :)

    Love to all.
    xx

Has anyone heard Adele's new song?

Omgz, I am in love with it! Don't go telling everyone though. You'll ruin my reputation! :rotfl:

  • I'm 99.9% sure I posted on this thread very recently & I can't seem to find it. Has it been deleted? It was regarding weight gain with anti-depressants.

I wouldn't have catorgorised it as medical stuff. I was just asking how other folk combatted weight gain whilst on anti-ds. Unless noone else suffers with the same problem as I do.

I have gained weight whilst on anti-depressants but I put it down to the fact that I suffer from depression, no longer work and perhaps aren't as active as I used to be (although I have dogs that I walk regularly). I have been putting the weight gain down to the pill and never thought to blame the Anti-d's. I am on Seroxat (Paroxetine) and don't know if this could be the only culprit or just another factor.

I'm on venlafaxine and chloropromazine & I've been told their side effect is weight gain. They never tell you how to combat it tho'
