    Hi guys

    It is Thanksgiving in the US today and have got a nice meal for us later.

    The definition of it is being thankful for the good in your life and for the harvest. I'm not a religious person but I have been counting my blessings lately and feel happier. I do notice when I goto the States how cheerful it is compared to here. Some of these people have very basic lives etc but come across so positive and it is infectious.
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:
    I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.

    hi all, having a mixed time at the moment, everything is going really well with ian, and i'm so happy, but on the other hand, joshua is having a bad time at school, they have phoned me everyday, and today josh had totally gone over the top, so i had to go and collect him and bring him home. why do some kids pick on others to get a reaction? :confused:
    will check out the game you recommended katie, hope you have a good time at the pub with your friends
    hugs all

    Ive been having a good week and was looking forward to doing some Christmas shopping with a friend this afternoon. However, after having a medical a few weeks ago, Ive had a letter from the DSS enclosing my P45. No explanation or anything. Ive rang them up and they've told me my benefit is stopping because I failed the medical!

    Ive had no letter to say that my benefit is stopping (I expect I was supposed to receive this first but my p45 came through first). Im so very upset. How can a doctor tell from one 20 minute meeting how much I suffer in my daily life? I admit I was having a good day on that particular day and I suppose he took from that that I wasn't that bad. Although I told him how difficult I find things and I sat with my husband next to me because I couldn't go on my own and yet he thinks Im capable of going to work?:confused:

    I just don't know what to do know. In the current climate I was already worried about my hubby losing his job and now I lose my benefit. Its awful and Im absolutely in floods of tears and in bits. I can't work and we will have to try and make do with hubby's wages now.
