If you are going to be on your own then plan a lovely day for yourself with a few treats. For me I would go to certain shops that I like looking round at Christmas (even if its just window shopping). I love the supermarkets at Christmas with all their gifts. Or perhaps you would like to go to the cinema? Its dark in there so it doesn't matter if you're on your own. A nice cappucino and a cream cake could be something to look forward to as well. This is what I would do - just plan a lovely, relaxing self indulgent day doing what you like doing best and then tell us all about it afterwards. Plan something nice for when Sam comes too.Who I am is not important. What I do is.0

:hello: Everyone,
came on here this morning for a while,then went out for a walk and to get my newspaper to readcame back and then Dad came to mend my toilet seat as it was loose,Had lunch then the Boiler man came,got a problem with Pressure valve so I have to have a new Boiler soon:eek: Have to make do with this one until I find out when they are coming in again with it.
I reported it yesterday to the Lettings team who are managing the flat and the lady praised me for my efforts,The pressure of it had dropped before so when I checked I knew it had gone again and needed to tell them so I felt proud.
Happy Birthday Poppycat

Haii guys!
Things with Sam keep going from strength to strength. He says such nice things to me.:D lol.
I tell you something. He makes more of an effort trying to help me than any of the mental health and social services teams have. Most of them time they haven't even tried to understand me, whereas Sam tries, and succeeds.:D
So yes, things with Sam are great.I can be myself around him, which is always a good thing. Can't be bothered trying to be someone else now. :rotfl;
My goodness, it's freezing. I am so cold.
Mother an grandmother sent me birthday cards...a week early. Goodness knows why. They know how I feel about them. Please don't say it's the thought that counts. I don't want to be in their thoughts. They drive me even more insane.
Auntie Di and Gavin sent me cards too though. I like them, so at least that's a good thing.
I woke up this morning and thought to myself "My goodness, I look human today". That's gotta be a start on the self esteem thing, right?
