Hi everyone

I have posted a number of times on different boards but not this one.

I have been suffering from depression since my father died earlier this year. I have been doing my best to cope but I am struggling to hold down a job and feel like I am trapped in a dark hole.

Since my dad died, I've started to think life is too short to spend 8 hours a day doing something you hate but the bills have to be paid so I feel trapped.

I really want to move forward and find a more rewarding way to fill my time but not sure where to go from here.
