The ages of Women

Age 8: Looks at herself and sees; Cinderella/Sleeping Beauty

Age 15: Looks at herself and sees; Cinderella/Sleeping Beauty/Movie Star, or if she is PMS-ing; sees pimples/ugly ("Mom I can't go to school like this!")

Age 20: Looks at herself and sees; "too fat/too thin, too short/too tall, too straight/too curly" - but she decides she is going out anyway.

Age 30: Looks at herself and sees; "too fat/too thin, too short/too tall, too straight/too curly" - but decides she doesn't have time to fix it so she's going out anyway.

Age 40: Looks at herself and sees; "too fat/too thin, too short/too tall, too straight/too curly" -but says, "At least, I'm clean" and goes out anyway.

Age 50: Looks at herself and sees; "I am" - and goes wherever she wants to.

Age 60: Looks at herself and reminds herself of all the people who can't even see themselves in the mirror anymore; goes out and conquers the world.

Age 70: Looks at herself and sees wisdom, laughter and ability - goes out and enjoys life.

Age 80: Doesn't bother to look. Just puts on a red hat and goes out into the world.

Age 90: Can't see and doesn't worry about it!

hi alba, hope your ok hun.
we did really well, as there were a group of us working on it, we had little teams lol, some cutting fabric strips, some sewing, one ironing, and one making coffee lol, so we are about half way to completeing a single bed size quilt. i didnt realise how much work goes into one, as i have never done patchwork before.
another achievement tonight, have made a hand made card for my parents, just to say thanks for having the boys today, took me an hour but am pleased with the result

am taking both sons into town this morn, they both need a hair cut, might get a trim myself too while i am there. hopefully boys wont get too bored too quickly, and i can look in the craft shop, see if i can get some more bits and pieces that i am running low on
