I'm not looking..... but am scratching already!!!
Be glad it's not school term where you are sar, at least you can contain it... nothing more embarrasing than going into school and telling them your kid's got nits.... with the best will in the world it is impossible to avoid them.... Tie your own hair up now into a bun and keep out of kids head space as much as possible.
If you aren't planning on changing the beds today, then at least put clean pillow cases on for tonight, otherwise you are fighting a losing battle... the lice don't live on pillow cases but you might get the odd egg unhatched that will refasten on in the night and voila... same !!!!!!, different day....!!!
Edit- if you're clear just now then great but if girls have live lice now, you might only show in 7-10 days assuming you've caught anything in the last day or so.... so keep yourself outta harms way, hair up etc!! and keep checking yourself with conditioner and comb.....
Good luck hun!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

change pillow cases again today...
it's so soul destroying, especially when they have curly hair...!!
It's not nice but it is a fact of life with young kids, people are lucky if they never get it but the fact is almost all kids do at some point.........
First time it freaked me out big style, but second time i was much more well informed and dealt with it better....
now we bug bust (with conditioner and comb) every other week so erin doesn't think anything of it.... touch wood, haven't found anything this year, but back to school today so you know there will be someone who doesn't check their kids and sends them merrily to school to infect the whole school!!!!!!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
