    I had some yellow stickied strawbs yesterday, some were past edible, but the rest were lush... had them twice yesterday with plain yoghurt.... once in daytime and the rest late after came home from indian...... about 2 hours afterwards, when i had room for pudding!

    I've had a small portion of pesto pasta and in a couple of hours I'll have a small portion of bean salad... I'm on several small portions of food a day rather than three normal sized meals - keeps the nausea at bay.
