Should I report those 2 sellers - selling yakult coupons & other coupons on ebay directly to the manufacturers? & Let the mfg sue them for the lost of££££!!!!
But bear in mind that we the couponers will loose out if I reported them.
Think about it, we loose out in the long run, and they get away with it & not to mention having solid CASH!!! in their bank for doing sort all!! I will take into consideration for both good & bad opinions.
But I will not wait for long before I start to write to the mfg with regards to both of them selling printable coupons on their listing.
MY MISSION IS, IF WE CANNOT USE ANY OF THE COUPONS - NOR SHOULD THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. MFG lOOSE OUT BECAUSE OF THEM NOT BECAUSE OF US.
:T :T :T
Well you haven't had many answers but I say write to the manufacturers. More harm is done by ebay sellers getting away with putting fake coupons into circulation by the thousand, than would be done by alerting the manufacturer to what's happening IMHO.
I think the time has come for us to take some action. People like that rely on our apathy to continue what they are doing and use our forums for their information. But they don't expect us to actually doing something about their fraudulent activites do they? There may be a nasty surprise around the corner for some lurkers on here who rely on these forums for easy info.
If you can pm me the addy of where you are writing with a link to the listings in question, I will write to the manufacturers as well. I am not scared of parasites like the one above nor of people like the printable coupons seller on PTS who has just been finally sussed after wriggling out of allegations for too long.
Bring it on. Anyone else want to write to the manufacturers concerned?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well I have to say I'm shocked at the nasty and spiteful comments on this thread.I was a bit sad when they split this thread into chat and no chat and usually only go onto the no chat thread.
I cannot believe the comments I have read this morning and it goes to confirm why there are wars in this world.
Come on people what is wrong with you all I'm sure Martin would be horrified if he read this thread!!0 -
Am I reading this correctly: The person defending the coupon Ebay seller was doing so using a MSE user name that matched your ebay user name??
Looks that way. He probably knows it from when they were both on another shopping forum, or just from when code^express ruined his auction and he's now throwing his toys out of the pram.
The first name mentioned is familiar, hello PTSer!
Anyone who thinks this thread has got unfriendly has missed the point, surely, don't take the posts of us regular contributors out of context! Read the posts and see just who is the real attacker on this thread, it isn't me or code^express, nor any other respected poster on here.
Mods please see what has happened here for what it is - a newbie troublemaker who can see his moneymaking scheme being shopped to the authorities and doesn't like it. He's not a moneysaver - he's a moneygrabber.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Don't know, but nice to get this thread back on topic - enough about the other subject above I think! :T
I have bumped your question so others can answer about this and other printable coupons, rather than us keep feeding the troll.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not quite sure what you are asking?
If you are referring to the availability of the moc then I can confirm that I just printed one off five minutes ago.
If you are asking if it is BLOCKED by the supermarkets/manufacturer then perhaps someone can confirm use today?:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS!
:p :rotfl:;)

well where shall i start . have been doing my shop for last cpl weeks wth my moc in hand every time th ecashier having to call someone to confim they can take them , sometimes this taking about 10 mins, in the end they took them ,,
any way this week at my tesco , i handed my coupons over as usual , and guess what she called manager over as usual , this time i was told NO we do not take these , YOU HAVE TO BUY THE PRODUCT !! she said this quite sternly too , i did feel abit embarassed, and nearly had the guts to leave my trolley and walk out , but i didnt as i needed that shopping it was a 2 week shop so came to well over £200,
i have emailed tesco but still no reply,, anyone had this happen last week , as she said it was the rule from 5th Jan 09?
this is the email i have recieved today from tesco :I am sorry to hear that you had a problem with your vouchers. In your reply you mentioned that you got this code from the website and I have to advise you that because this was not issued to you by Tesco the coupon is not valid.
Our Marketing Team decides on the content of campaigns which often target specific groups of customers. That is why most coupon codes are issued in a letter or by email to a customer's home shopping or Clubcard account. These coupons are non transferable and may only be used by the customer they were sent to.
I have copied part of the Terms and Conditions for the eCoupon for your information:
"When you use an eCoupon you warrant to Tesco that you are the duly authorised recipient of the eCoupon and that you are using it in good faith.
If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of eCoupons to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence.
If we reasonably believe that any eCoupon is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any eCoupon and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation."
used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any eCoupon and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation."any idea what this person is on about
the funny thing is i cant find any where in my mail where i once mentioned a tesco e couponDont forget that little Thanks button , only takes a sec0
