    Hi pawpaw,
Is that from 4 different computers as well....or just changing printers.....?? If so....how do you manage that? Thanks.
I've managed to print from various laptops, work PC's but I can't get my home PC to print any couponnet ones at all. I have even printed to the same printer from my laptop using the same cable so I know that's not the problem! Any ideas anyone?
If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat :D

    Hi Jefery,

Here is a copy of a previous posting I made.....

Could be a number of things stopping you install the coupon printer. If you're running Opera it's a no no, doesn't support that at all. You may have your settings set too high in internet explorer (not a bad thing) and consequently won't install. In firefox it's tempermental, again depending on your settings. A quick fix would be to download the latest version of internet explorers' latest edition. Albeit it's a beta version (not fully tested) you can easily revert back to the previous install if things don't work out.

Should also add that you should have your printer set up as the default one and switched on.

Which is why Browntoad splitting the coupon thread makes no sense.
As many have said before, surely it would be simplest to have one single coupon thread, but with an updated first post for people who don't want to bother skimming through the chit chat.

Both internet explorer and firefox have filters that can determine whether a web-site is legitimate.
However, you should be running anti-virus, anti spyware and a firewall as minimum. Try running AVG it's free and updates regularly throughout the day. It will check a web-site (before you click the link) to see if it contains any threats. A firewall has a number of preventative measures to stop your computer from coming under attack.
If you're shopping on-line, before giving out your card details you should make sure that the site is secure. You can check this in the address bar where the web address should start with https: (s, being for secure). Also, at the bottom of the page you will notice a padlock symbol.
Finally, make sure you run a registry cleaner on a regularly basis. This helps to search for hijacked software and can speed your pc up too. :)

A registry cleaner removes redundant and unwanted files from your windows registry which stores settings etc. for your operating system.

    Try this one it's free!

Pipex were one of the first major UK ISP's. I was with them for several years but luckily I escaped about a year ago (That is another long tortuous story!!) Anyway when I was with them their forums were always complaining of users using their 'web space' for naughty things, not generally coupons but one scam or another - I just saw the pipex in the url and didn't think any major company would use a pipex address! - All I was trying to get across to LL was that it is thankfully a rare occurance so forget about it........
While we are the subject of naughty things happening I was wondering if you techies who know much more than me could explain to me how I can receive e-mails in my spam that appear to be from myself
I am not going mad (unlikeMM5:rotfl: ) and I do not have a slip personality and I know that I have not sent them but there they are and they appear every so often with the exact e-mail address that is mine - from me to me- I have never opened one as I am sure it will contain some sort of virus, a friend told me it happens to her now and again and to just delete them so I do but last time I was going to look up how to report them and they just disappeared before I could do anything - all very bizarre  but it concerns me that someone else can and is using my e-mail address
Any ideas from anyone would be greatly appreciated

Quite common if you've entered your e-mail address on a dodgy site (see previous posts a couple of pages back)

This one will clean it up if you're running outlook express (again it's free)http://www.jam-software.com/freeware/index.shtml
