    Morning All,

Bit of a late start, but I am determined to fly this week to the letter and achieve all the levels - my house is screaming for it!!!

We are about to acquire a new puppy on Wednesday, so will have to make sure all the clutter downstairs is well out the way by then and make the house is dog proof.

Right, off to make a start!

Hi there.... Can I join you?

I've been lurking for quite a while and trying to keep up with Pigpen's lists. Just need a kick up the bum every now and then (usually by Wednesday!) to keep motivated.

My list so far today looks like this:

    Morning all

One load of washing done. I hung it outside for an hour or so but the sky was getting blacker and blacker so I've got it back in and hung it upstairs now.

    Asda shopping due this morning.

I've done the kitchen: wiped down cupboard fronts, worktops, small and big appliances (cleaned the oven yesterday) windowsills, tablecloth. Dampwiped the living room and vacuumed right through downstairs.

Hope your MIL improves soon Denise.

Oh DeniseNZ I'm so sorry to hear about your MIL. I hope that she will recover from this stroke, and that you are also getting the support you need at a time like this. If you ever need to offload to someone who isn't close to the situation, feel free to pm me.

Vanilla I hope that Bo is doing well and it's great news that he's feeling up to standing again. It's amazing how quickly animals recover from things like this - my cat was up on his feet only a day after he had his back leg amputated after he was run over. I think it was the baldness that made it look so much worse as well, as he looked a bit like a cornish pastie where he'd been stitched up.

Welcome to all of the newcomers - most of the information you'll need, including abbreviations that we use on here, will be in pigpen's first post, and the lists of tasks are updated by pigpen the night before on the same post, so just refer back.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
