as i've just cancelled my contract with 3, got no courage of taking this top offer. but encouraged sis-in-law to try her luck once more (been turned down twice already this year by 3 due to her past ccj). so ordered 1 for her, and surprised, got her approval this time, received 3rd email (dispatched note). she's jumping for joy now! many thanks to OP who brought this to our attention.

3 may really need more new clients now after losing some due to their price hike.

btw, anyone here recently cancelled their contract early, then applied again with this offer and got approved too?

I too checked my account on the website, it says its been dispatched with a tracking code from DHL....but haven't received any 3rd email about it...

finally got the the third email to say that it is being dispatched. really happy to know that it has not been cancelled

I have been trying regularly over the last few days and it has consistantly said the message about 'due to high demand....' buy I clicked on the link in the original post this morning and checked the WEB EXCLUSIVE TARRIF (the only thing there is to check) then submitted and it took me to the add to basket screen so I just followed it through to checkout and have had the first email.

Will report back if there is any more progress. I have already downloaded the forms for the cashback claim form and it says in the T & C's :-

"Offer open to all new customers when purchasing a Nokia 6630 on 3 Talk & Text 600 (12 mths) between 01/11/2005 & 30/11/2005 at The Link direct. Excludes upgrades & pay as you go."
