My phone has arrived fine, I have also had the receipt through in the post but no information/forms for the cashback or the £50 voucher - has anybody else had them? Do they come in a separate mailing?

    Thanks
  • Hiya has anyone got the £50 cashback offer to email me the paperwork?

    hi,

just ring their CS & request to send u all the necessary cashback redemption forms (both for "free line rental" deal & "extra £50 cashback" offer).

try ringing 0500222666 (quoting order no.)

u can also request thru their online chat (it appears at the 'view basket' page. put anything on the basket). but i think it's only available during office hrs.
  • Just ordered this phone - I missed out last week. I spent a few hours this afternoon trying to buy it - all worked out in the end. I thinks this deal looks genuine - can't wait for a free year of mobile calls...

This deal seems to be on again.

    See this post
    The Link Nokia 6630 offer

Already got one from the last post but this looks great for those who missed out.

  • FYI was just ordering my phone and thought I would check!

katie: OK i will check with tesco before completing my order. There was an offer last weeken for an additional £50 cashback. Is that running again some time soon, would hate to order now and miss out!
    tom@thelink: No it won't be
katie: ok thanks for that, will sort the tesco thing and order. Should have done it last weekend! :(
tom@thelink: Sorry about that. they are selling fast, and this is the last time we will be doing this promotion. Thanks for chatting
    katie: bye

  • Can anyone advise are there any issues with taking out a new contract with “three” via this cashback offer with “the link” if I am at the stage of terminating an existing “three” contract?

i.e. I am in twelfth month of existing “three” contract, have requested and received and still to use PAC code and suggested reason for leaving was unhappy with existing phone/reception/dropped calls and would look at other offers available.

So basically just checking that there is nothing in “terms and conditions” that some how “three” would consider a new contract taken out whilst existing contract is effectively in “PAC 28 day notice period” and “for example” regard a new contract NOT as a new contract but rather as an upgrade and perhaps withhold commissions paid to the Link who in turn might withhold cashback to me?

What has triggered this thought is that, if I recall correctly, several years ago “cash back” deals were being offered on Vodafone contracts and one of the terms (with the dealer) was that the cash back would be invalidated if you terminated an existing vodafone contract within a period of three months before or after the commencement of the new contract.

Thanks in advance for any help

I notice on page 11 the price guide page: http://www.three.co.uk/BlobServer.srv?blobdir=ImportantDoc&blobfile=Nov+price+guide.pdf that there is a £1.00 charge for fully itemised bill on the 3 network. However, when I rang 3 customer services to have it cancelled, the lady told me that they offered free itemised billing for customers to avoid any disputes. Are there any existing customer of 3 who can confirm whether there is any charge for itemised billing?
