Feel abit down today. It is the exs birthday. And for reason passing my understanding, I still think about what we 'should/could' be doing.

I tend to get angry then, because he has just walked and has never looked back.....when he left I lost a husband and my best friend.

I really should be over all this crap by now!!! it is over 2years:mad:

Valuer is heading out to the flat on Wed...panicking incase it is valued less than my accepted offer.....

Anyway, starting the clear out sometime this week. I'll be moving from a 3bed, 2 reception room house to a 2 bed very compact flat!!!

I think I will need a skip for all the stuff I need to get rid of. I'll give the stuff that is in good condition to the local charity shop.

Hi don't throw stuff in a skip cos you will have to pay for that. I would put it on your drive with a note saying "Pay me what you think it is worth" and ask people to push money through your letterbox.
Then whatever is left ring your local Council to see if they will take it away for you.
Here in Brum they take a lot of stuff away for free.
Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)

wow your own flat, i cant wait to get on the property ladder but think it will be a while yet.
good luck with everything, it can be really hard when youre depressed and down but i find that getting out in the sunshine and thinking about everything that youre grateful for helps me.
do you know when the big move date is yet?
youll have to go on the old style boards and find out how to make your own curtains :)

no movement on flat.....the people in there at the minute haven't found anywhere to move to.

so trying, trying with all my might, to save every last penny that I can. I need money for solicitors fees, white goods and a sofa.

Hopefully I'll be able to pay off solicitors fees over a few months....not sure if that is even possible.

Like a big child, I have alreay picked out the white goods and sofa that I would like so i need about 1k for all that.....I hope that I win the lotto!

I've been very naughy, and not keeping this diary up to date.

Well I move into the flat at the end of June. (eventually)

There are still boxes around. I started doing some work in my lo room, knocking down the 2 built in wardrobes to make the room bigger. Then had to get the whole room replastered. Hopefully she get into her own room in the next few weeks.

Next on the list is the sitting room, although I will need to save quite alot for this one. I need to make door openings bigger (to get a sofa into the room) and if i'm going to that bother the whole room could do with being replastered aswell.

    I'll post an uptodate SOA......
