Thank you. I guess your 7 day cooling period is over now so you should be in the position to exchange. Best of luck. It's been very quiet here. I suppose everyone is busy settling into their new homes.Debts at  moment £31,500

Good luck tek monkey! really hope it all turns out ok for you and keep us all informed!
I suppose that given that the funding has long run out the forum will start to go quiet now-you'll probably be one of the last to secure a house through this scheme!0 -
Congrats Ama.... and nots its just Tek-money... fingers crossed for the 18th.
I was told my coop that my 1st mortgage payment would come out 1st Jan... just checked my back account and it came out 1st Dec... good job I had money in my account !! I suppose if it was there I would have just spent it on nice things for my flat !!!
Flat is coming along.. still waiting on bedroom furniture...been a nightmare but I got a mattress so not sooo bad !!! It takes soo much time to get yourself sorted but hopefully by xmas Ill be sorted and things will be looking ok.0 -
Thanks all.
P4P now have all the docs they need, there was a slight hiccup as I'd forgot to put the cheque in, and my sol hadn't forwarded the waiver forms to me (the ones my brother needs to sign). Got them all done on Tuesday though, P4P got them yesterday so I think that side is now in the hands of my solicitors?
I signed LOTS of bits of paper on Tuesday too, lost track of what for. Still looking good for the 18th. Got to drop my sols payment in today so must be close. Gave notice to my current LA so I have to be out by the 27th anyway!0
