I got the address already been used for a trial e-mail. So I re-used code with one letter on postcode being different but address correct and it has worked !

I've just cancelled my account and am send the DVDs back. It says 'pending cancellation' on my account. At what point do I enter the 3 month code? When all my DVDs are back?
