I moved flat and signed up for a new trial with a different email address (and new address too obviously). Was fine for the first month (of 3) but then they changed my mailing address back to my old address and there was no way to change it back! Luckily I had a Royal mail redirect set-up on the old address so I still got the dvds (but 1 or 2 days later). I have now cancelled as both the free trial and the redirect are ending.

But it seems that even if you move and therefore have a different address you still cannot get another free trial as they will change it back. :mad: Unless you use a different credit card (as I assume the credit card and my name is the only way they linked my details to my previous account and address) but I only have 1 credit card and that's unlikely to change as the credit crunch means it's very difficult to get accepted for a new credit card (changing address 3 times in less thna 3 years doesn't help that either).

Did you try the code to see if they accepted it or just read the T&C where it states it cannot be used if you have previously had a free trial? (which I think most members have).
