Scaredy Cat, send them a message via their messaging system explaining what you have done and how much you have checked etc. They will then sort this out for you. If you have anyone's email address for Gap, also send the message to that. You may get a response before the reminder, you may not, but they do work weekends. :beer:0

I emailed then with a query about this yesterday and they have not responded. I'll try sending something via the messaging system - thanks for that suggestion. Frankly I'm a bit annoyed with them now! Got a child throwing up here so could do without the hassle.0 -

Have got through the report doing that, not sure now if I should submit it because a lot of it won't make sense. But I'm concerned if I don't submit a report it will look like I haven't bothered!0 -
I have done it on closed down & closed shops before, it isn't a problem.
They will sort it out, trouble is, it may come up again next month and the month after that, as Gap can't cancel it off the list until the client tell them! :beer:0 -

Would you say it's best to submit the report or just the email then? I thought I submitted it, but then it came up with a red page of queries, and I clicked the wrong button so it all vanished - I don't know if it went through or not.
When I look at my assignments page, would it show on there if the report had been submitted (because it looks exactly the same as before - options to reshedule/cancel still showing)?0 -
If the options to reschedule are still there, then it hasn't gone through and you probably wouldn't be able to submit it as it wouldn't like any of your answers, so send the message to query form

Thanks! Will do both of those! Still concerned that I will be in some sort of trouble when the 8 hours is up and it shows no report submitted. Any experience of that?0 -
Yes, you will get a standard reminder, so don't worry about it, it won't affect you as you have a reason as to why you can't enter the report!
Many moons ago, you used to be able to phone the results through to them, so you would have been able to tell them straight away lol0 -
Well, I've sent the emails and received a standard reply saying they will be in touch 'shortly'. I think in Gap-speak, 'shortly' means 'about 4 days'.
Thanks for your help.0
