They do it in store and often need a bit of a kicking to do it. However its bang on, wave your letter from head office and they usually do it.

Say you will take some freebies in next time you are in etc (even though you dont get any) and just blag them a bit!

Anymore questions, let me know, it's worth asking as I think these are easy to get confused with but important to ask as there is too much ambiguity and its easy to get it wrong if there arent instructions.

The entry and exit, refers to, did they have it already set up when you went in, or did you have to get them to do it, so it was set up by the time you left. The manager or whoever is helping you will check their computer system for you. When they say is it "ranged" they mean is it one of the ranges that this store should stock - so if they've got it and it's on their computer system, then yes it's "ranged".

That's true, but if it's recorded a sale then they also think it should be ranged, when in fact it was sent in by error by the depot (usual occurence) or whether they should be ranged by don't have a SEL and still have stock in the system, so it wont reorder the stock until there is 0 in inventory.

And now for a moan! I registered with GR about 4 weeks ago and in that time they have had no jobs whatsoever in my area - not even in the no longer available section, so I know I hadn't just missed them. Well, tonight I pop out to do my audit - and lo and behold, a bloomin' job pops up on GR... of course by the time I got home someone else had grabbed it! :-(

Anyway, thanks for all the help with the audit stuff - I hope I get another because it was quite good fun actually! Now I just have to hope I can do the report well enough to warrant more work!

Where do you live - one job came up for GR in my area earlier and I got it within a minute so I may need to apologise in advance!!
