You need to modify your post, ali, to take out the client name, it could be seen as a breach of confidentiality...;)

I've noticed some evening meals in pubs for couples (no children) on TNS. The timeframe says 5pm-7pm. Does anyone know if this means just that you have to arrive between 5pm & 7pm or does it mean you have to get in after 5pm and eat the meal in that timeframe, and leave by 7pm?

Sorry to be dim - I can't see that info on the notes.

    Thanks

No new pizzas on Gap yet, but looking back over previous ones they seem to have started coming on at the end of the month instead of the beginning, but I did get the email too saying chicken, pizza and burgers on. It's probably the same one they send every month and just haven't updated it.

I'm sick of the pharmacy ones on RE too - they've just put them all back a week, when I thought they would have expired - zzzz!
Still over 100 showing on my area.
  • Does anyone else do RE jobs on Firefox? It's such a pain the answers seem to get lost and I end up with about 10 proofreading queries on each job. uuuugh!

I've done a few of these and I've aimed to arrive and order between 5pm and 7pm. It doesn't matter then how long you stay there. All mine were accepted with no problems. HTH
  • Just got a call from GAP asking me if I could do a burger job tomorrow. Refused polietly as I'm not doing a 24 mile trip for a burger. Even I have standards.......

I've accepted a bookies job, a PO job and a small supermarket job for the 1 September (there all very near to me) but that's it. I was very good and didn't accept anything else for the rest of the month. Just waiting for the pizzas to kick in so I don't have to cook one evening - I'm easily pleased I know. I was tempted to do a job for BARE - got the standard e-mail regarding the mobile phone place, which I could have done, but it was a bit further than I would go for one job and I don't have the energy to go too far.......

Still over 100 showing on my area.

My area was showing a pizza for delivery - I hesitated too long because the address given didn't make sense - I know there isn't a branch of this pizza place on that road. Anyway by the time I'd decided to take a chance on it someone had beaten me to it.

Still curious though - I might email them and ask if the address was correct.

Ellie - thanks for that info on the TNS job. Might be nice for me and hubby to go out for a meal - just have to think of someone to leave the kiddies with!

This is where I'm very grateful Mum and Dad live not too far. Took my mum to the first meal and then hubby to the next and have taken him to pub for drink. Annoying you can't take children though as they do do children's menus and they look pretty good.
  • Hi I wonder if anyone can advise me on joining tns I applied weeks ago and not heared anything from them. How long does it normally take them to contact you thanks
  • It was a pleasure to complete the questionnaire for GR. It took no time at all to complete it and you don't have to repeat yourself when doing so. Now if everyone could be like them I'd be happy.
