When indeed Roxy. There are over 30 in an easy travellable distance from me. You like my new word btw. When will they realise no one wants to do them. I have already told them when they rang me to ask why I was not taking them as I did loads when you could buy anything and didn't need a prescription. Big long report and purchasing hay fever tabs to stick in a cupboard and a photo. They are having a laff.

More annoyingly I have 4 locations registered to me (although 2 are very close together so share a lot of jobs) so I've got a lot more than that.

I don't understand why they asked us in the health questions if we had a prescription for things if when we say no still offer us jobs that need a prescription.

I'm feeling left out, the MS companies never ring me!!

I get them quite regularly with 'last minute' jobs. I don't know if there's something about me because all my employers have been the same, when it comes to overtime I'm the first one they ring.

On the subject of incompetents have any of you ever encountered a staff member saying something so incriminating that their hq would be furious? If I do I find myself screaming inside: "stop right there" I hate it when they drop themselves straight into the doodah...

I had a good one, in an electrical store for RE. The guy told me he could get me some copy software if I purchase the laptop.
He reeked of BO and kept scratching his privates. I couldn't wait to get out.
But then had to write the report!!

  • I had a similar thing on a GAP MS and 2 colleagues were talking about work and I went up to them and they both totally ignored me  and one of them was a customer service mgr  A polite 'won't be a moment' would have sufficed but nothing!!! When I actually got to talking to her she was still rude  I am obviously such a good actress :rotfl: but I am surprised I have not had a query from GAP about it as the whole shop was a sham

Also I thought RE would query a few things with me - an excessive wait for a pub meal, and something else I have totally forgotten about :rotfl:I am so ditsy at the moment, I blame it on childbirth so watch out Ellie

I'm definetely going to have to get myself one of those Iphones to use on the go - fed up of trying to find some paper in my bag to make notes. If I have to mentally remember I'll have no hope!!! Only got 1 job on today so not too bad. Have a good day all x

Are you kidding with the Santa woman  Hopefully we'll get loads of jobs in the next few months - ones I can take a baby with (I know I'm a terrible mother) but have to pay for Xmas!! My DD keeps watching the telly and asking "can I have" - she's only 3 and I think I'll be buying shares in ToysRUs!!
