700 characters is only about 150 words...Never mash cheese: it bends the fork.0 -
Sometimes they get sent to the client and will go back into stock.
The cheap sports shops are canny if you have bairns. I've managed to get PE trainers for mine, jackets, tops and jogging bottoms for playing out in, and stuff like footballs and goalie gloves.
Your little 'un a keeper is he?
I've some old gloves that are in decent nick, however they may be too big for him!0 -

God, if we had that much coming in, I wouldn't be doing this MS stuff in the first place! :rotfl:
My sentiments 110% :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I don't know why my nerves are so bad. I did a loan enquiry for my very first face to face MS assignment (last month), and I wasn't this nervous then.
Have a brandy or two before the visit, slur all over explaining that you are after a property in France to continue your brandy hobby.....
Might not help the assignment but your nerves wil be fine!
I wouldnt worry about questions from the bank staff, they dont care why people go to branches really. I dont think they ask either.0 -
Well I'm off soon to a "cheap" supermarket to do a job for ISC. Problem is not sure if it's flooded yet lol Just wish it would stop raining enough for me to get to the car! Everyone OK? No-one flooded are they? x0

12 - you kidding me? Did you notice on GFK that Newport have got a few electrical shops on to check for televisions?
Yeah i've booked one. I think I've over done it and feeling a little bit stressed about the challenges over the weekend, but the money will come in handy- like paying the bills!“A banker is the fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain.” Mark Twain0 -

I'm on a Mac and don't know what the 'f' I'm doing. It says download in wav/mp3/ogg. Well the first 2 just brought up a screen with a big Q in the middle. The ogg one seemed to work but what do I do now??? I've downloaded it into Finder.. now what???? What application do I use to open it, and how do I get there?
MP3s you can drop into iTunes.
Alternatively Spotlight (press the Apple/ CMD key +space) VLC. Your hubby should have downloaded it already. Open it and then just drag the file onto the icon in the dock.
If you haven't got it you can get it from here. Choose the Intel specific one if you're on an Intel Mac or the Universal if you're old skool & using PPCIt's not a lot of work unless you have to do it.0 -

I've got 2 boys who are crackers on football. Thanks for the offer, but they're just in small boys gloves at the moment! They mainly just play in the street or on the grass out the back with some other boys and take turns being the goalie!
Did anyone do the GFK lunch jobs for a high street shop restaurant?
The coversheet had a list of 3 hot dishes and it said you must buy one of those meals. However, when I got in the queue, they didn't sell hot meals! They only did hot or cold sandwiches, soups and dessert items. As I had to time how long a hot dish took took to arrive, I bought a hot sandwich instead, plus the required other items. Hope I get paid as it was quite expensive. Here I go again on my own....0
