Using the telephone above I got an answering machine and told them to STICJ their jobs where the monkey puts his nuts. Made me feel better anyway.:eek::mad::eek::mad:

Aaarrrgghh!!!!! I am rapidly going off Gap again! I did one job for them and thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, and see how it went. It was that electrical enquiry job - I read the assignment notes again and again, both before and after the job. Nowhere does it mention obtaining a quotation.

We discussed this the other day - some people said they did have to get a quote. Can you please tell me where it says that because I can't see it anywhere.

Now I've just received an email saying I was 'suppose' (sic) to get a quotation. Duh! Next time I'd better get my crystal ball out first, eh?!

Seriously, what am I supposed to do? (Note correct use of 'supposed' not 'suppose')! I have another of these jobs next month - also no mention of a quotation in the notes. Sorry for ranting.

    Thanks all.

It went ok, but my youngest son found it hard and sobbed his heart out during the ceremony - bless him.
Here I go again on my own....

If this is the spicy electrical store then my instructions for the end of next month say:

You are also to assess whether the staff member voluntarily provides a quote for “whateverhappens” - if not, wait until the end of the interaction and actively ask for one. You will be required to submit this quote with your evaluation for validation purposes - see Proof of Visit section below.

Also, hello everyone. I've been mystery shopping for about a year and I'd love to join you here - you all seem so nice :A
