So I did one of my GYM visits today. It was horrendous. I've done the report and given it a really !!!!!! rating. I shouldn't be feeling bad now should I? I was honest in the report, the one or two things that they did right, I mentioned. But I mentioned all the bad things, which there were lots of. *** I've never actually done a visit as bad as today's. Eeeek.

I did an electrical store the other day and when I asked for a printout of the quote, he said he couldn't do it and that I'd have to write it down!!

Also, I received an e-mail from Gap afterwards telling me to download a copy of the receipt even though I had stated that I did not receive one...so don't be surprised if some of you get the same e-mail!

I have a buffet assignment for Gap. The brief, and fairly reasonable reimbursement, indicated to me that two could dine. However, my notes say one buffet and one or two drinks!! I intend to take my OH with me but does that mean we have to pay separately??

    TIA!

p.s. I have e-mailed to ask them and I even asked for a quick reply but I'm not getting my hopes up!

Yesterday a lot of peeps were asking for pm's - was that from me? If so I think there was some confusion as I know nothing about this Tesco thing and am just thinking about dipping my toes in after seeing Vicky's success.

For more info I really suggest everyone reads the threads on the paid to shop link that Becles posted on here yesterday.

I don't think we should chat about mrT on here - because I don't want a bashing from Mr Timmne upon his return!:o:p:D
  • Well havn't u all been busy writing on here. I have had three pages to read

I love the car Vicky and the number plate

I have not had a lot MS's on over the weekend and I only have a couple over the week till sept.

Can any give me any tips about the tesco points - I know that I am over two days late asking for tips, but I have just read it all now.

    Thanks

Re: the Tesco Points thing, they have a forum on here somewhere and one on PTS. I managed to do loads of the 250 extra points when you spend £10 on Health and Beauty ones. Worked a treat. Everything I bought I flogged on eBay, and made loads of moolah. *** Last time round, the Garnier Nutritionist Eye Roll On's were new on the market and were selling really well. Tesco had them at half price. I think I must have bought about 50 to 75 sets. They all sold at about 1.5+ x the price I bought them at. So I made a hefty profit on that, and then I got my £120 worth of points through the post the other day. Woohoo. That's worth £480 in clubcard deals. Am I good or am I good? *** I think they have changed the rules now, they don't leave a huge pile on the table in the Health and Beauty section. I think they have a woman walking round that only gives one to each customer and that's it. *** At the moment, they have a Health and Beauty booklet with vouchers, but the vouchers are pants. You have to buy a certain product and you only get like 50 points. Not really worth it as the products tend to cost over £3.00.
  • wow mimi that's like 2 years worth of points for me!

oops sorry cookinmummy:pyou're right let's get it back to msing...

I've got 2 Bare jobs this week, my first for ages with them but I found it an easy questionnaire last time for the fee so I'm happy with that. I agree their allocation system is pants but I like the jobs and the fees are fair - that's my 2penny on Bare. (Quite naughty doing the jobs on the way to my holiday!!!)

On the downside saw midwife and now have to take iron tablets as I'm finding it hard to breath (lack of iron apparently). She said there's pale and there's pasty - I'm bordering on pasty. However I do now have a prescription and there is an RE pharmacy job going across the road - but don't think I can be bothered with the damn questionnaire and I really do NOT need more hayfever tablets lol

That happened to me. It's important to take the iron tablets just in case you lose a lot of blood when you give birth.

Take the iron tablets with a glass of fresh orange juice as vitamin C helps you absorb more iron. It also stops you getting constipated which is a side effect of the iron :o Don't take them with coffee as that inhibits iron absorption.

I go anaemic all the time. I've got the symptoms of it now, but I'm just taking multi vits and iron to see if I can cure it myself as I hate going to the doctors :o
Here I go again on my own....

    Taking dodgy pictures?:p:D

'Ere you! I'll have you know my photos aren't dodgy in the slightest :p Might be of some slightly dodgy stuff though sometimes lol ;)

I would really really appreciate no more shopping deals talk - thought I was on the wrong forum :p

    Now Ellie - :naughty:

Take your tablets, Put your feet up, Let RE take care of themselves! (and Count your cc points:p).

Seriously, my SIL took these during her pregnancy's and they really helped though I do believe they are hard on the old digestive bits as Becles said. Not much further to go ;)
