I thought you had to upload a copy of the quote? Thats what I did anyway ;)

What quote???? It was all I could do to get a copy of the leaflet to take away with me!
  • On my brief it said that if I did not get given a quote I had to ask for one - which I did but they gave me a print out which is acceptable too, maybe we have different scenarios  as the first few questions on my report were about the store details on the quote!

Mine were, too - but I assumed that was just standard. The assignment notes said nothing about getting a quote - just assessing staff on recommending products and insurance.

What was the quote for, the product or the insurance? Like I said, it was like pulling teeth, getting information out of them - when I finally got an assistant I couldn't get her to recommend anything - so what can I do?
  • Mine was called 'Enquiry Scenario' and it did state quite a few times that I needed a quote so I guess you must have a different scenario, in that case I would go back to the first page and see if you can amend one of your questions to 'no I did not get a quote/receipt'
Otherwise I have no idea other than doing what was suggested above - sorry!

I usually write in word: "No purchase required, hence no receipt" and then jpeg it, and upload that, at least you can complete the questionaire.

Thanks for the suggestion - took me a few attempts because I am a thicko and also I am using a Mac, but I think I've managed it in the end! :D

Must be a different scenario then - which seems odd, but ours is not to reason why, and all that...

I've gone back and read the notes again, and it definitely says nothing about getting a quote - the main purpose of my enquiry seems to be to see if they recommend product insurance. Am I allowed to say that much? Someone post if not, please, and I'll edit it straight away.

:rotfl: I couldn't remember what gap need - pdf or j peg image.
Sure there is an easier way but I write in word, then print pdf, then save as jpeg. Glad you got there in the end. There may well be 2 scenario's. Anything is possible with gap

Hi guys, it's all fairly quiet my end this week which is actually really nice. The pizza competitor beginning with N on Sat was lush :) Would definitely go there again! Yesterdays 2 computer shops were fine, only a nice furnishings & cup of tea job booked for tomorrow and a nice meal for Sunday :)

I checked out one of the pubs on RE thats in town and good job I did before accepting it! Definitely not the sort of place I'd want to spend 5 mins in never mind a sit down meal :(

I'm all up to date with payments from last month apart from Bare now that Gap have paid me. Feel a little better paying out for meals etc now I know they do pay lol!

I was in Currys today getting a new D-SLR :D and it was nice not doing a job. And I was very MSE and got a discount on top of the offer. And DH has been kind and said I can play with it now - it's actually a Xmas pressie. So if I disappear for a few weeks, you know what I'm up to ;)
