Get the powder to flavour the water with the electrolytes in - they are better than just flavouring as they will be on 15 litres a day plus, water gets VERY boring and the added stuff is needed !!0

thanks for the tip bout electrolytes, was looking for some of these and found the lucosade sachets but someone said they get issued with these so wasnt sure they were worth getting but if they are then i will get some of them. is lucosade the best/cheapest type?! know my o/h is going to an FOB so maybe they will be useful there.0

We were issued with them but only had 4 or 5 a week. Dont know if it has improved at all.0
