Thanks MM! I've still got your last email flagged to reply to...sorry, I didn't ignore it deliberately...bad panda. The neck wasn't so bad, but is worse again this morning. I did a bit of mega-listing last night (17 items - but seemed like dozens more) and it's really bad again so I do actually think spending too much time at the computer is partially the cause. The solution to that though...
I'm up at 52 items listed in total, 2 on auction (49p starters for some cupboard handles), the rest BIN clothes, mainly bras as I started with the easy stuff. If anyone wants some really posh designer lingerie in small sizes then let me know as I just want rid. I'm way behind on the challenge, and I've just heard from DH that the computer that we all use at work has been removed      . Pain in the bum, as it means I'll have to take the laptop in with me, but there isn't really enough space at the desk for that and it all just gets complicated. I'm on lates for the next 3 days, so was hoping to get a bit of catching-up done then.
I'm off to find Lunar's diary and see if she's posted any pics there yet - got a lovely one on the phone and want to see more! Also want to see if Hayley Jane has popped yet - in case I don't get there, does anyone know?
BTW, Greggy got his first tooth while we were away! He's at the 'really fast crawling and standing up against furniture' stage:eek: .0 -
Alas i have *turnips* and nothing small enough for designer lingerie..sigh.
I love the early, crawl stand up stages, i bet he looks really cute smiling with his one tooth.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
No probs - of course it would be great to hear from you but you reply when you have time (ok you never have time but you know what I mean:D )
I bet GL is a real cutie - you will have to be on your toes now to chase after him:D
goooooooood luck with the ebaying (something I haven't done for ages - got a bit put off with one of my last buyers trying it on but that is another story)£2 savers club 2025 #40 -
Saw this on a friend's facebook page :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Bargain or what?!!!0 -
   Is that Sainsbury's manipulativeness, or an honest mistake, do you think? I mean, I agree with what Martin says, obviously, companies are out to make profits, not to provide a service, but really.... scary.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Just the usual good old British incompetence I reckon!0

I've been really naughty. I've been shopping, and shopping, and shopping. Say no more.
Sympathise with the turnips Bob, I have something resembling beachballs half-filled with sand so no nice undies for me either I'm afraid.
A quiet few days here. The in-laws came over yesterday and took Adam home with them for the weekend so it's peaceful apart from the screaming baby. I've listed the sum total of nothing on Ebay in the past few days, although a few items have sold. I'm definitely one of the few big supporters of the new fee structure.
Just been emailed to see if I can do a load of car dealership mystery shops in the next few weeks - could be quite lucrative. Also got 5 to do on Mon/Tues between myself & DH so that should net about £60.
A friend from work came round last night in tears because she'd just been sacked. Rotten b*****ds. She was on a training contract and didn't make the grade, but they didn't need to rub it in by saying things like 'you didn't fit in with the team' when that was totally untrue. Anyone with any good ideas of careers let me know and I'll pass them on. Makes me realise just how lucky DH & I are to have as near to concrete job security as you can get in the current economic climate.
Anyway, I'm starving. Off to make a cheese sandwich.0 -
My ears pricked up at lingerie, how small is it?
What bawstewards your friend's work is. That comment is totally uncalled for and possibly illegal. Arsebandits. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
