Valli - I'm not very close to Alton Towers - how old are the kids?

Going to pop off into Hanley now and go and spend my £5 off voucher in Mr Ts.

The little one, DD, will go on ANYTHING she's been on Oblivion...Air...and at Blackpool, to my horror, last summer, The Big One

I went last year for the scouts 100th birthday - 3 times on Air. 1st time - eyes shut..2nd time - peeped ...3rd time - looked. Gripped so hard though I had swollen wrists!!

DS is a bit more cautious! but only a bit

Popped into Tesco to pick up a bottle of wine (for me) and a card for nice neighbour (it's her birthday today). As I only had the two items, I noticed the cashier seemed to ring the card through twice but, I naughtily didn't say anything until she presented me with the receipt.

So, then it was off to customer service for a double your money back :D The card, consequently, was free so I used the double your money (£3.36) to buy nice neighbour an extra little silly present.

You devious thing. I once walked out with a bag of shopping and the money back (just over £10) - but don't routinely shop at Tesco so there you go!

  • Hi sarahshattered

I just googled beauty therapists in my area to see if any did threading and found a few listings about threading and one even had youtube videos so now I know what you are talking about - its very clever and effective - nobody listed for here but will phone round a few when I have time - the nearest one is edinburgh.
    Thanks again
    TF xx:T :T

Have never got round to threading, but one of my friends lives in Kuwait and thats all thats on offer there. She reckons its not a painful as waxing....
