Thats your own companies policy though ,Advent. Many companies would not do this,or would give gift vouchers in this situation.Dvds are tricky though.The law allows you to refuse the customer who keeps turning up with no receipt,therefore a shop shouldnt need to hand cash back if they suspect dishonesty,and they have got so wise to this,few do any more.
