So by the sounds of it you seem to be happy suggesting people commit a criminal act if they have little chance of getting caught. Fair enough, I hope you have the same attitude if your car is vandalised and the police shrug their shoulders.
Have you known the police do anything other than shrug their shoulders when a car crime has been committed.
