Well saying that my parents house is only a 2 bed and its worth £200k!! Just because the road is popular! Suppose its how desperate people are to sell the houses too and the area/roads.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750

I know and my parents house isnt exactly modern either! But it has got a massive rear garden. House prices are crazy!
Fingers crossed houses prices will drop by another £30k in 2 years for us 1st time buyers.
Great for us but bad for the sellers of course. but its the risk we all have to take when buying.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -
