Have a good evening at work YB xx

Hey Jen xx Oooo what are you going to look for? I got like that at one of my old jobs. I was there 5 years and it just started to get to the point where i was miserable.

Hey Maria - i am a subscriber to Right Move and Your move emails and to be honest I havent seen that muhc of a drop. It seems the lower end of the market isnt showing much of a fall in prices, which is just my luck  :rotfl:

Ooo CL thats good about the printer xx

Well saying that my parents house is only a 2 bed and its worth £200k!! Just because the road is popular! Suppose its how desperate people are to sell the houses too and the area/roads.

I know and my parents house isnt exactly modern either! But it has got a massive rear garden. House prices are crazy!

Fingers crossed houses prices will drop by another £30k in 2 years for us 1st time buyers. :D
Great for us but bad for the sellers of course. but its the risk we all have to take when buying.
