Hey Maria - i am a subscriber to Right Move and Your move emails and to be honest I havent seen that muhc of a drop. It seems the lower end of the market isnt showing much of a fall in prices,which is just my luck :rolleyes: :rotfl:

Hopefully you will see them drop in your area soon Amy. Its only in the last few weeks have i seen the prices drop the most. Flats that were £125k last year are now £110k. 3 bed houses were worth around £195k-£210k now im seeing 3 beds in the paper for £160k - £170k!!!Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! 2 bedroom houses in my area are around £150K. Its just silly. We shall see.

I know and my parents house isnt exactly modern either! But it has got a massive rear garden. House prices are crazy!

Fingers crossed houses prices will drop by another £30k in 2 years for us 1st time buyers.
Great for us but bad for the sellers of course. but its the risk we all have to take when buying.

Evening all,
Another manic day at work for me and PC hasn't sold yet, only 27 hours left to sell which is a bit depressing, hope get some more offers, best i have had is £85 but i sent them an offer asking for £95 and they said nope so bit annoyed.
Still 3 watchers though.
Debating whether to go out and buy heat and whats on tv for £10 bingo money for tombola....Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
