Just rang them and they told me they sent me an agreement 10 days ago so it must have got lost in the post. Im not sure i believe this but anyway ive only been granted a 1750 limit-it'll do for the purpose though for now.0

Applied 2 November, email said "we'll let you know within 10 working days". I rang yesterday to be told that there's an application backlog and I should hang on in there.0

Yup. I phoned today and was quoted 3 months by a supervisor. Damn them.0 -

I applied over the phone today and got an instant decision. £3k limit 9 months interest free, no BTF.
Marvellous
3% minimum payment though!0 -
yeah.. but normally it's 5% isn't it?? I'm looking at it as the more I pay off the less debt I'll be in!Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 092

same here.
I want to pay the £3k off within the nine month offer period. Very hard, with a career change in the offing but you can but try.0 -

It`s usually £5 or 2% upwards a month (whichever is higher),so I would say 3% is one of the higher rates.
I applied on the phone and got accepted on 23rd Nov,still have`nt got my card.
Spoke to one of their call centres in India last Friday with the outcome I had to take proof of ID to my local branch.
Apply on the phone to Scotland, get forms from Southend, talk to India, end up in my local branch
they really are the world`s local bank,
but also a right bunch of "merchant bankers"
I would advise anyone that when you get your forms and T&C ,sign it and take it to your local branch with ID and let them sort it out,it will pay you in the long run.0
