They are pending for 48 hours. This gives dooyoo a chance to delete any abusive accounts before they cash out. Once your miles are active you can cash out at 10000 for £10 amazon

im so looking forward to doing more of these. ive decided that if my daughter and hubby do these we wont rate each other, i dont want them to think we are doing this just to make more money, it seems to be a fun way of making a few pennys/pounds each day

Hiya!
I have been on Dooyoo for a few months now and have earnt nearly £300. I requested £250 in a cheque and £15 in amazon vouchers earlier this week.
I had the amazon voucher through, but have just had an email saying some of my reviews have now been locked as they don't meet the standard. There's about 8 of them that have been locked.
I requested the cheque now because I need it for a holiday, do you think they will still send it or will they wait for me to change the reviews first?
I have sent them an email asking if they could just pay out the £200 by cheque and I will change the reviews later, but last time I emailed them they took weeks to reply.
Could someone who is good with Dooyoo let me know how best to go about this? I'm quite cross really as some of these reviews were written months ago and they have only just decided to lock them, if they'd have warned me before i'd requested payment I would've been able to sort them - they weren't even amazingly bad.

If they've locked the reviews they dont meet the standard they require for whatever reason so they wont pay you the cheque until the reviews meet that standard. The system they use seems to only check the reviews when you request the payout. If you need the money urgently then can you not cancel the request and reqest a lower amount to take in to account the amount 'owed' for the locked reviews?

Then you can amend the locked ones when you're ready and request a payout again at a later date?

I would do that if I had the chance, but I can't see anywhere on the site that will let me.My amazon vouchers were already sent to me, so that's gone through and on the site now it just says my points have been redeemed.

In that case you'll need to do whatevers necessary to improve the reviews to the standard they want.
