I've had lots of amazon vouchers for writinng reviews and am currently waiting for a cheque for £75 to come through....you must remember to rate as well as write and takes time but as people recognize you and like your reviews it becomes quicker to earn points which you can then convert. stick with it...0
-
thanks, do you get points for raiting or just when people rate you?0
-
is there a maximum to how many you can do a day, or would i get negative feedback if i did 10 a day?0
-
No, But if you write too many people dont rate your reveiws and people dont like newcomer doing loads and loads for quick cash0

Just wondering what peoples opinions were on dooyoo, ive just done my first review! Do they pay out and is it one of the best review sites?if not whats the better ones?
thanks
Dooyoo is by far the best paying site out there for reviews per read and per article. You can potentially earn more from somwhere like Helium or Ciao but it takes a huge amount of effort and networking in comparison and their payment systems are very vague whereas dooyoo has the advantage of you knowing what you are getting paid and how you are being paid it.0 -
Ive just had an email saying:
We have unfortunately had to block a number of your reviews as they did not
meet our Minimum Requirements for Premium Reviews. These reviews must contain
AT LEAST 150 words of genuine, useful consumer opinion without including
repetitions, irrelevant or copied information, etc.
All my reviews are over 150 words, most around 200 words and the ones that have been blocked quite a few prople have marked them as very useful! Has this happened to anyone elce? They have locked about 7 of my review and took loads of points off me0 -
It can happen if your reviews do not contain 150 words minimum of opinion. If you have used any facts, track listings, ingredients lists as a basis for your 150 words then they are not included and as such your review would be nil and void.
Regarding very useful ratings. With the greatest of respect any review that is around 200 words would be virtually impossible to get a VU from anyone genuinely rating your review from an honest consumer perspective. I would guess that those rating VU are doing so as a way of getting you to read their work and VU it in reciprocation.0 -
hi, i got the same e mail on tuesday! i dont feel i have done anything wrong especially as some were my own recipes. I have emailed them but havent heard anything back yet0

I've received a personal message on Dooyoo - one of those scams where this poor woman's father was 'poisoned to dearth' (sic) by his business associates and now she really needs my help to get his vast wealth out of the country etc etc etc. I've had this type of scam email before - but this is the first time I've received one as a PM. Is there a way to report this to Dooyoo?0
-
Yes, you contact DooYoo Team and give the offending member's name that sent the scam email.
Regarding the 150 word thing. Ingredient lists, track listings, technical specification listings, etc do not count towards the 150 word minimum, so you have toa dd more opinion to it. Such as what occasions it is good for, that sort of thing, to make up for the word count. Also, it HAS to be your own recipe for the recipes section ...you can't post one from somewhere else as then its not yours. if you posted any that were not your own, and they get found, they will action those as well then. Just so you know
And kirtsty, general opinion on sites like DooYoo and Ciao is if you post more than 2-3 reviews a day, and do not take a lot of effort to thoroghly discuss teh product, as well as rate several more reviews than you contribute, then rather than negative feedback, you just won't get many reads as they consider that churning. Quite honestly, writing a consumer review to a high standard takes time, so someone posting 10 a day is either doing nothing but writing, or is just sticking on stuff that is probably not actually a lot of use to consumers. Think about all the things people may need to know about the item before they waste potential cash buying it, staying at the hotel, etc. Read teh crowned reviews in teh different categories to get an idea of what is required for a truly great review. Get a reputation for proviidng a high quality review, and read and rate others, and you will get loads more miles from lots and lots of readsbudget meals can be good meals0
