Hi can anyone help me with this one... i purchased 2 Tina turner tickets through a website that said it was Tina turners own site. however they have taken my money out of my account and they say that the tickets will be sent 7 day before the event, which is march next year the tickets are on sale now why cant they send them or is this a con.
Has anyone else done business with them are they reputable?

cant say i know of the site but its pretty normal for tickets to be sold well in advance and then send them a week or 2 before the event takes place.

Thanks ... its the first time i have done this and its a present...you here so many bad things and are never sure about a website

we had a similar thing with take that, through ticketmaster we bought the tickets 6 months before the show in december but only got the tickets two weeks before the actual concert date. reason given is that they simply don't produce them before. have to say haven't heard of the website before though.

I think it depends on the venues and ticket operators.
I have this happen to me too - paying months in advance and they only turn up a week or so before the gig and other times the tickets have arrived almost immediately.
No rhyme or reason.

Thanks everyone ... i will try to stop panicing...the only problem now is if the tickets dont turn up is there any way to get a refund,This site says its in the states but i think it must have a uk base somewhere to be able to send the tickets out within 7 days

I too have purchased tickets from this company for Tina Turner. Luckily my bank contacted me today saying they had had a request for payment of the money from an address in Israel! and were a little concerned as to whether this was genuine. The contact address on the website is in Florida and the domain is in Scottsville, Arizona. If you can stop payment I would.

hi all
thefootballticketshop.com/madonnacandytour.com I ordered tickets for madonna/paris they took my money and I got no tickets , I think this is illegal, I received one email saying they had been let down ,but they took my money weeks ago for something they did not have and I have not received a refund. don't use them or anybody you can't contact properly. I had a good weekend in paris and went to the moulin rouge instead.

I've also bought 2 tickets for Coldplay next Monday, 1 December through footballticketshop.com and have tried again and again to contact them as we have received nothing, although the money was taken out of our account in September. Is there anything we can do - who can we contact?
