If you paid using a credit card then if the tickets dont appear you ask your card provider to chargeback the amount back to your card.
If you have used a debit card then try your bank for a chargeback.

I too have bought tickets from the same, for next Monday (1st Dec) and have not received mine either yet.

Did you receive yours yet?

I have emailed the address on the email receipt but no reply ...and I paid for my tickets in June

We've started trying to get our money back from Mastercard. We have to write a letter with all the evidence we have of the purchase. I'm a bit worried however, that these guys have our card details and might be waiting for an opportunity to use it.

I too have paid for coldplay tickets through the footballticketshop I bought 4 and have not received them. Have sent emails, paid on credit card don't know what to do next! no replies from any emails very worried.

...I didn't receive my tickets afterall, however I did receive a full refund today!

Hiya...I bought Tina Tuner tickets back last May for this coming March, yet I have not received them. I am tried going back into the website and it is saying it is suspended. After reading some of the comments below is this site real or a con?

I too have bought tickets via this web site, have been unableto contact them to find out when to expect my tickets. Decided to phone O2 Arena who told me the website tinaturnerworldtour.com who i bought tickets through is a fraudgelent company. The billing company is the footballticketshop.com who paid the money through a company called all charge. Have e-mailed both footballticketshop and all charge with no joy so not holding out a lot of hope od receiving my tickets that have cost £256.00
