Sometimes when I've tried to reply to someone seeking advice a long reply has been necessary. After typing the reply and pressing 'submit' the message has disappeared, and I've found myself then not logged into the site.
This must have happened to many people before. Wouldn't it be possible for a message to come up when we're typing saying e.g. "You have two minutes to finish" rather than the message disappearing altogether without warning?
After typing out a long message you don't particularly want to do it again, especially when the same thing may happen. Posters may well have lost good replies due to this.

just a tip, but before i hit the submit button, i always press Ctrl-A, then Ctrl-C on my keyboard. that selects all the text and copies it to the clipboard. then, if your message is lost, all you need do is press Ctrl-V to paste it back again.

If you click remember me when your logging in, this won't happen! The only reason it happens is time-outs! HTH:hello:0

Where does it say 'Remember me?'
I can't see it anywhere when logging in.
