Ebay + Payapl ? Payment made but seems dodgy

Hello
I don't have much experience in selling on eBay, but i have just sold something using buy it now (went really quick, less than a day on 7 day listing
) but I'm not too keen on the look of his account:
He has 0 feedback
Seller Protection Policy: Ineligible
Postal Address: Unconfirmed
This is ringing alarm bells. I'm sending it by recorded postage, but can he try and claim the money back stating I didn't send the item etc? Once an instant payment is sent on Paypal, can it then be retracted?
Thanks for your help, i don't want to send the item until i know i have the money.

I think the advice posted in this thread will be helpful to you. You can refund the payment, but if you back out of the sale, you could end up with a non-performing seller strike on your account and negative feedback. How cautious you want to be really depends on the value of the item.0

Yeah i did see that thread, but i wanted some advise for this situation, as the item is a bit different, as it only has a value of £25
Well i just saw this as well, why dont the names match?
Postal Address: Unconfirmed
Payment From:
debra blair (The sender of this payment is Non-US - Unverified)
Buyer's ID:

Addresss matches to RM0 -

Perhaps you should email the buyer to ask for an explanation for the different names. In the end, you will still be afforded the same level of cover by paypal as for any other unverified user, as long as you send to the address supplied by them.0 -
As the person is buying blank service books and official stamps so he can fake car service historys, hes not that honest in the first place.Originally Posted by richardjames73

Hes so dodgy as to be unbeleivable. refund his money. do a false "bidder hasn't paid me" or "bidders sent me a wrong address" to ebay, try to get listing fees that way.Originally Posted by richardjames73
