    Rainy season :rotfl: :rotfl:

I lived in Murcia for 11 years 30 minutes south west of Alicante and never had a rainy season !

Try Costa Calida fly to Murcia and in Spetember you will have 22-25 degrees and some great days, not overpriced and plenty of English food /habits of that floats your boat . Some great beaches and access to many areas.

11 years 30 minutes, eh? That's very exact! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

We're off there next week and would appreciate any tips of things to see and do. (Not just the usual Sierra Espuna, Murcia cathedral, Lorca castle, Cartagena's Roman ruins, etc.)

We've got a holiday place near Mazarron but are always willing to take advice from 'permanent' residents past or present.
