IT MUST HAVE BEEN MY LUCKY DAY. WHILST WAITING OUTSIDE OUR LOCAL TESCO'S STORE THIS MORNING CLUTCHING MY FRESHLY PRINTED MONEY OF COUPON'S PRINTED OF MSE, THERE GLISTENING ON THE FLOOR WAS AN UNUSED TILL RECEIPT BUT NOT JUST ANY NORMAL RECEIPT, THIS ONE HAD
510 POINTS ON IT. SO AS SOON AS THE STORE OPENED IT WAS STRAIGHT TO CS TO HAVE THE POINTS ADDED TO MY CLUBCARD.

I THINK THE PERSON THAT LOST THERE RECEIPT MUST HAVE BEEN AN ALCHI THE WHOLE RECEIPT WAS FOR BEER AND SPIRITS £510.00 (THEY MUST HAVE MONEY TO BURN)
    :j :j :j :T :T

As someone who was married to an alcoholic to 27 years I can tell you they only usually spend about £10-00 to £15.00 per time. They were obviously having a party. Please enjoy your womble ( in my Tescos they actually search the trollies so you never get any!!) but remember how awful life can be for alcoholics and their families.

Sorry I jumped down your throat. I got woken at 2.30 by my noisy neighbours so went to Boots site as I was told 75% sale went live between 2 and 3 and just as I was logging out at 3.05 it went live and I got all I wanted. However couldnt get back to sleep so on here waiting for 6.00 a.m. to get up as OH is coming to pick me up to take me to Boots sale!! By the way where are all the extra Tesco points offers. Anyone remember Johnsons Baby Powder!!

I read this thread 5 minutes ago and have to report a success due to this.

I bought a couple of items the other day and was overcharged £6 which when I pointed this out to CS they refunded the exact overcharge. After reading this thread I rang Tesco main CS on an 0800 number and they asked me to return to the store who would be obliged to DTD but that would take me at least an hour round trip! So the nice lady at CS offered to credit my clubcard with 600 points.:T

    Thank you.

    Pj

Worth trying if you've been overcharged & only get a refund.
