iv been getting money off vouchers for the store. Thought nothing of it. Now my balance seems low. How can get the points back as do not want to use the money off vouchers. Some of these i might have even chucked away. How can you trace back now on how many points iv had previously.
It is not a question of tracking back your points, but of ensuring you have the vouchers in the next mailing to include the vouchers you have discarded. It is only the vouchers you can use whether on-line or in-store.
Call clubcard and ask that the unused vouchers be 'rolled over'.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

You will always receive the money off vouchers - you cannot do anything with the points until you get these vouchers.
Once you receive them, you can convert them into deals (which is what I think you mean - you don't want to use money off vouchers you want to exchange points for the deals).
Have a look at Tesco.com/clubcard to see how you convert them and what you can convert them into. There is a long code on these vouchers, which is what you need to order the deals.0 -

since theres no extra points offers going on at the moment, ill pass on my latest tip for collecting points
when recycling your beer cans for green club card points, VERY CAREFULLY cut the can in half for 1 point per caninstead of the usual 2 cans for 1 point
hope it helps guys, but be careful and use thick gloves :j
Your ingenuity is priceless :rotfl:
If only I could convince OH to cut the cans up as well as empty them.0 -
