Hi, i went t o buy a cd and a blu ray dvd and on the shelf it says i can get 500 points for both of them. in the receipt it didnt show so i went to the customer service and i was told that they put the points directly to the clubcard. i have to wait for a week and if it's not there, i have to call them.0 -

hmm wierd i bought 20 cds over a few days and every time was 500pts at the bottom of my receipt. but certainly not calling you a lier eithermaybe different shops do different things, just keep an eye on your account balance.
Anybody know a better way to view there balance, ie what points came from where etc.? bit like when you get your vouchers shows you from direct, fuel, finace etc be nice to see this real time online.0 -

22500 points is £225 in vouchers.
you get 60miles for ever £2.50 of vouchers, soo
£225 / £2.50 = 90
90 x 60miles = 5400 airmiles0 -
Thank you Damon I used to be good at maths but not any more. much appreciated0

I checked my order due for delivery for tomorrow, and all bar one of CD's in my basket (Lily Allen) have had the 500 bonus point tag removed, so I've cancelled.
I'll head in-store tomorrow and see if it's been fixed there, and if so, just stock up on Lily Allen CD's. £9 spend for £20 off my holiday is still great value.0 -
The thread about this offer has mentioned that a few of the CD's listed have been pulled form the offer (any under £5 from what I gather). Please, don't take my word for it (I'm tired and not paying much attention), have a look and see for yourself. But from what people are saying if they are not going on at time of sale you probably won't get them. Tesco bending the rules a bit.
