It is 30 per household per calender year. Only certain cartridge models will give a 100 point credit (see Tesco site for a link to a list). Also it is quite common for only a proportion of the cartridges to result in a credit, this is normally put down to cartridges failing test on receipt, but can lead to disputes.

Thank you! They are the correct cartridges and even if only half of them are passed, it's still better than nothing.

Can anyone confirm if the £3 albums are still eligible for the offer online?

Unsurprisingly my local store was out of the £3-5 CD's when I went back today, but the cheaper CD's are still flagged up as buy 2, get 500 bonus points.

Is there an easy way of seeing how many points you'll get from a transaction before you order?

    Ta,

    -J

Edit: I've ordered some CD's, including the cheaper ones. They're being delivered on Saturday, so I'll update once I check out my receipt

:jSorry if someone has already posted this, but my search produced nothing!

We all know, I think that using your own bag in Tesco gives you reward points, it's a nice easy way to push up your points total and the rule was: 3 points for a big bag, 2 points for a medium and one for a small bag BUT the rules have just changed. I went in this week, had a trolley full, 4 big bags and only got 4 points (instead of 12 which I expected) Mr Tesco has been too generous it seems and the banner now says clearly "One point per bag."

If you have a big ladybird design bag it says on the gusset that you will get 3 points every time you use it at Tesco, so make sure you have that design ( and say so when you go through the till) or otherwise take a fistful of small carrier bags to maximise the points!!
    Happy shopping

Knowing how thin and poor some of the supermarket carrier bags are these days etc and all that. If you take a load as suggested and seeing as you are re using them, what's to stop you putting 1 2ltr bottle of coke in each bag?. You can rightfully argue on 2 fronts that 1, they are to thin to put much weight in them and 2 there your bags so it's up to you how much or little you put in each bag. Dare I say 5 cheap bottles of coke, a little over £1 spend and collect 7 points by using 5 bags?. Dont think they have a policy on how much you put in your own bags do they?.

Well! I never knew that there was any differentiation between sizes of bags!! Our Tescos has always (well since it introduced green points about 2? years ago) just given one point per bag! I've often used large carrier bags and never been given anything more than one point!!

Managed 3000pts for a £30 spend on CDs which I'll sell as I don't use them. Many thanks to OP for highlighting this one. It melded nicely with another £4 off £30 spend tillspit and three other money-offs totalling £3.80. A new £39 mobile[and another £4 off voucher]will give 500pt bonus+£10 top-up. The last £4 off ts will go with 2 vouchers- 150pts and £5 off - both relating to ink cartridges[which I need] and happily have 250pts offer on them, watched them doing it this afternoon. A decent May voucher mailshot pends thus....yumyum:j:D

How on earth did you do 3000 points in £30\6 deals as that works our at £5 per 2 cd's?.

I always use my large ladybird design bags but never get more than 1 point either. Didn't know they differentiated.

I use the self service checkout and add my own bags, if I have saved tesco 3 bags yet put all my shipping into 1 bag, I give myself 3 points.

On the self service tills you can enter any number of bags you want but anything over 2 needs to be authorised by the member of staff on there. I get 2 points everytime I go through even if I use their bags.
