Thank you for your great advice.
I explained why I put it here in the first place, because trust me it got more replies here then it would there. Most airmiles collectors turn their Tesco vouchers into airmiles and collect Tesco vouchers for the single purpose - airmiles.
Sorry to the ones that got upset over it.0 -

To be fair, this thread is entitled Boosting your Clubcard points and there is a thread in the same forum and sticky as well entitled Clubcard vouchers/points/deals questions. I check this thread every day in the hope of finding ways of boosting my points but it is now hijacked with stuff about airmiles and makes me less likely to check.0 -
Any insight anyone?
Sorry, I also got mine over a fortnight ago in the cheque book style one.
Question for anyone who has used Virgin. How do you book the holiday? Is it via the website, or do you use the brochure? Can you do the special offers shown on their website or is it strict brochure price?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

You have to phone them direct and you do not get any other discounts and have to pay the full price. Potentially you can get 10% off holidays through them on line ( without vouchers), so you need to way up if you have sufficient vouchers to make it worth while in using them.0 -
I'm sure you already know but don't leave it too late. If you are going to exchange your Tesco vouchers the double up offer ends on the 21st March. It then takes up to 28 days (but normally only a week) for your normal airmiles to be added to your new account and another 28 days after that for the bonus double up miles to be credited.
Thanks for that, I thought I'd read somewhere earlier in the thread (sometime ago) that it only takes a FEW days for the 'bonus miles' to credit. I was begining to sweat after 10 days, I'll wait another three weeks before I start to worry again!0 -

Thanks Bobster. I'm a bit confused by the brochure prices to be honest - it goes on about a fuel surcharge (looking at new york) does this mean the brochure prices include flights?!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Not really sure. However dependant on when you are going you can go on the Virgin holidays website and for most holidays you can price it out and it tells you what you are paying for. If it's for next year after April you can only do this for a limited number of locations and hotels, such as Florida and some all inclusive.0 -
