A payment a day............

this is a fantastic thread, thank you so much for starting it.
I have made a small payment each day this month to either my savings or to my saving pot and what a difference it has made it is a good start on the road to financial freedom.

Hi
Have just spotted this thread and spent ages reading through!!
Its such a fantastic idea, well done EMILY
Any way can I please join too? I have a Tesco CC that stands at 1531.18 and I really want to pay as much off as I can. Im already overpaying every month but by making a payment a day aswell should mean I can get rid of it all the quicker!! Anyway have just made an online payment of 4.00 that I had as a refund and would normally been spent on carp :T

Hope you don't mind that I join in :T
Its a great idea, its the small things that you dont notice that add up to make the big differences so today I have transfered over £7 to my credit card ( in addition to the £400 I will be paying in because I lost my switch card so had to use the credit card... )
AND!
I've set up a regular daily payment of £5 to the credit card and also £5 to my other emergency account. That £10 used to be used to pay for lunches and work or taxis at the weekend so better used this way I feel.

Morning all, well another £2.00 off for me today. It is so encouraging to see the balance come down on this debt and unlike the other we actually have something to show for it- An old VW camper which will increase in value.
welcome to all the newbies to this thread, it is addictive.
